Terms of General Conditions of sales and ordering:

1. Orders for products may be submitted via the Web at the address www.naturallabs.co.uk

2. Orders are accepted 24 hours a day throughout the year.

3. Orders made on weekdays after hours until 14.00. Orders on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are processed the next business day.

4. A prerequisite for the execution of the contract is to provide the correct data in the online shop www.naturallabs.co.uk. Providing a phone number and / or e-mail address is necessary to confirm the adoption and implementation of the contract. Orders, which can not be confirmed within 3 working days will not be filled. Any order accepted for implementation will be confirmed by phone or by email.

6. Ordered goods will be delivered by post / courier service company - the time to fulfill the contract is approximately 7 working days. 13. In the case of prepayment, the goods are dispatched on receipt of cash to a bank account in the Store up to 100% of the value of the contract.

14. Since Natural Labs LLC only sells mail orders, the customer can always withdraw from the transaction within 10 calendar days from the date of purchase of goods, and the return must be preceded by a written statement. Goods can not bear traces of use and must be in their original packaging.

15. Guaranteed refund of payments in the absence of customer satisfaction covers only selected products from the offer.
