    There are so many different supplements on the market now.  It is hard to understand which ones you need and why.  There are many that are steroids and some contain the Human Growth Hormone (HGH.)  To use it as a muscle builder hasn’t shown the potential that some thought that it would.  But since HGH begins to decrease in our bodies as we get older, we may be able to live longer if it is injected.  This is the theory.

    The growth hormone was first discovered in the 1920’s and it was isolated in 1956.  There are so many great benefits to HGH and there are always new uses for it being discovered.  It produces more energy, improves sexual performance, makes bones stronger, helps sleeping patterns and helps with metabolizing of body fat.

    There are really four ways to increase HGH.  These are training, rest, nutrition and supplementation.  These should be included in your training if you are trying to increase HGH. You should also do some research on your own to find the correct balance for you.

    Training is a way for the body to release HGH naturally.  Workouts that are intense and consume energy and are done for long periods of time will release the hormone.  You should never train longer than 45 minutes, though because after that the growth hormone stops and cortisol starts.  You should start training for 40 minutes and increase your time by 2 minutes every month.

    Rest is also a way to get your body to produce HGH.  This produces 75% of your daily HGH so that makes sleep the most important.  You need to be in a deep sleep to get the most HGH. You also need 8-10 hours of sleep.  This should be all in one period instead of broken up into naps.  It is best to have 10 hours of continuous sleep.

    Nutrition is also very important to increase your HGH.  Amino acids help produce the hormone.  There are certain things that you need in your diet.  These are Arginine, Ornithine, Glutamine, Glycine, OKG, BCAA, GABA and Lysine.  This combination will help you gain HGH by 50%.  Make sure that you ask your doctor before taking any herbal supplement.  Remember to stay safe.

    The fourth are supplements.  It can be very expensive.  You can buy GH as a supplement in low concentration.  It is not that effective and not cheap.  It can be helpful, though.  Injections of high levels of HGH are illegal right now.  This is because it is not approved by the FDA.

    So if you are interested in increasing the HGH in your body, make sure that you have the proper training and recuperation.  All of the above mentioned ways to increase HGH can be used in unison and probably should be if that is your goal.  Remember that too much HGH is not good for anyone.  Contact your doctor and get their advice before taking any herbal supplements that you have not taken before.  It is important to stay safe.
